Many authors and experts, both established and new, use article marketing in order to promote themselves and their sites.

  • There are two issues here. One, I want to market myself, and when I allow my talent to be used by others as a method of getting my name known as a writer, I must be prepared to take the down side cheerfully with the mileage I am getting in getting recognition. The other issue is IP rights - Since I have already allowed a formal plagiarism, and I have not worried about taking out any kind of protection, I should accept that after the initial good time, I will get the disadvantage flowing.
    Since the idea is to be a writer known in the webworld, this is known to everyone and so, the spammers do not really get too much mileage.
  • RS: I guess, for me, the real question is whether or not the benefits outweigh the drawbacks and, quite frankly, I don't see that being the case here.

    Maybe I'm wrong, but I think there are better ways to promote oneself.
