  • Jonathan, Another blog licensing company to add to your list is Newstex - http://newstex.com/ They pay for redistributing blog content. While I am not going to get rich off of the royalties, it is nice to get a little payment each month from your content.

  • Google's recent duplicate copy crack down has been beneficial to a degree in curbing this, but the plagiarism is still rampant. For professional bloggers who actually earn a living (or large part of it) off blogging, protecting their content is worth almost any cost. But for those of us who struggle to afford simple hosting, the cost involved in protecting our content is overwhelming. Therefore, we're wide open for the copy/paste bandits to take advantage of.
